Two large trees on neighboring property (353 Broad Ave.) are located along property line and have extensive overgrown roots extending onto my property which have been causing damage to my sewer line and are lifting up my walkways at entrance and side of house. I have experienced basement flooding due to roots entering and blocking my sewer main, and the unless these two trees and their roots extending onto my property are immediately removed, I will incur significant repair costs to address damages to sewer and walkways. Frequent calls to 353 Broad Ave owner contact have gone directly to voicemail. So far no return calls to discuss problem.

A massive limb on a very tall evergreen tree appears close to falling. It is located in the area behind the church where All Saints has a Day Care Center. Please evaluate as it is not clear who would be responsible for safeguarding the area.

Tree has numerous apparently dead limbs overhanging street. Please prune asap

Large dead branch is nestled in limbs of tree just east of address. A big wind might knock it onto a car or person. It is also leaning on wires.

During the storm, a huge branch broke and fell on my property and it damaged my house and took out a power line. I have reported to police and waiting for the town to come and remove the branch.

I have alway worried about this tree as it’s a huge old tree right in front of my house so that could cause severe damage and injure us if it fells. And I actually Have contacted the town few years ago to remove this tree but nothing has done. Including the downed branch, I can see clearly some parts of the tree are rotted out. When there’s another storm, this could damage not only my house but also my neighbor’s and take out the power line to the street. Please remove the downed branch ASAP and also the tree to prevent any issues in another storm.
