House has been burned down and was boarded up and the boards have been taken down. Steals the mail from the neighboring houses. He lives in the shed in the backyard and plays music loudly and sells drugs out of the house.

I've tried reaching out to the owner of this house nextdoor and I don't know if it's even getting to him His name is David Segerstrom The grass is overgrown there's a collection of junk in the backyard and the open gate is just more evidence, in addition to the increasing number of bedrolls stored by the A/C unit, that the homeless are beginning to camp back there.,,.

I've been reporting these potholes since DECEMBER 2023!! YOU keep closing my request!!!! Do you not see!? There are giant potholes blocking the road!!!!! How many times do I have to report it!? I report it multiple times a week!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous!!! Where is my tax money going!? Why is it okay for you to keep unlawfully silence reports!? Caller advised the property west of her address at 3131 N Fontana has become a gathering place for homeless. Caller advised it is a vacant lot and she does not know the property owner but some homeless have set up tents on the property. The address shows to be 3142 N Estrella on the CAD map.

House being built north of house on corner. No posted permits noted. Very little space around both houses. Once again, Tucson Clean and Beautiful at its best. Where’s the permits? How is this legal???

There is new digging and probable construction in a fenced area next to the soon to open Sweet Tomatoes
What is going up just east of sweet tomatoes?
Will it absorb the restaurant parking?
Will it be a drive thru and create more congestion and traffic hazards at an already problematic intersection?
Will it interfere with parking and walking in and out of sweet tomatoes which gets a lot of families and children?

The "residents" leave their dog outside day and night, they've accumulated a lot of trash and at least one car on blocks.
