Sidewalks and Multiway PLUS

Reporting this AGAIN as my report didn't get addressed last year. The drainage is nonexistent and it's only going to get worse as more people move in and use the trail.

The melt water on meadowview drive is flowing directly into the sidewalk and getting trapped due to the poor grade, forming a small lake. I am trying to maintain it by removing the water and using sandbags but as long as it continues to flow over the curb, into the grass and onto the sidewalk my efforts are futile. The water needs to be diverted so it no longer flows over the curb into the grass in the short term, and the grade needs to be fixed on the sidewalk long term. I will personally add dirt to the boulevard and fill in the hole in the spring, to help keep the water out, but something needs to be done so the public can use the sidewalk without getting soaked. 2 sidewalk sections have sunk-tripping hazard on both ends with next cement sections now sticking up above next section, plus holds water (ice) also causing tripping hazard.

This sidewalk has to be changed because it has a large asphalt inconsistency for a back alley, making it very dangerous for skateboarders and bicyclists.

Instead of a smooth sidewalk, this particular walkway is made up of a ton of rocks and a very huge asphalt glob.

Big crack in the side walk is a tripping hazard. In the winter the water pools and turns to ice creating a slipping hazard

Unsafe walking conditions - sidewalk between property driveway and road is degraded. surface is eroded due to concrete breakdown from freeze thaw.

There is a sidewalk slab raised a couple inches in front of 265 Southfork Dr.
