    The trees look infected with canker.
    Last year someone came a removed a tree and trimmed out the infected spots. (He told me it was canker) 3 more trees black spots now and the bark tuning black and falling off.

    I’ve attached an example of what many trees look like along the boulevard on Birchmont Drive. These trees are almost 20 years old. They’ve never been healthy and look terrible. Is it possible for the city to replace the struggling trees?
