1925-1999 S Trafton St Tacoma, WA, 98405, USA - Central

Pedestrian enhancements have been a welcomed here by the residents and businesses alike. Thank you

However, this free phone-tablet outfit (Clear choice) has consistently blocked the sidewalk and congregates clients and vehicles in the street.
The effort to maintain the visibility and walkability is here is compromised.

There's a man hole cover in the sidewalk that's about 2 inches in the ground, it's like a giant hole
  • 5140 N 26th St Tacoma WA 98407, United States - West End
This is a violation of an approved landscaping plan as part of the building permit for the new Downing Elementary School. The required trees are dying or have died already. There are multiple dead trees on North 23rd and others looking like they will die soon. All the trees planted near Orchard Street from N 23rd to N 26th Street have died as well. The landscape architect in the Planning and LandUse Division needs to be notified so they can send a violation letter to the Tacoma Public School District as they are the responsible property owner who must maintain the approved landscaping plan!
  • 651-699 S Shirley St Tacoma, WA, 98465, USA - Central
The new apartment development being built on 6th Shirley now has an entrance / exit that will have new traffic flow onto Shirley Street in both directions. The new Apartments will have 450+ units. How will the City of Tacoma make sure Shirley Street can handle this new influx of Street Traffic? Can you add "dead end signs", round a bouts, additional lighting and SPEED Bumps? You allowed the permits for this to be built but did you think about the residents? The entrance / Exit will also spill out to a Church that is also a SCHOOL. What about the kids that play out front? The elderly neighbors that walk up and down the street? We have many kids with disabilities also that live right on Shirley Street...what about their safety? These apartments are almost complete. Will the City of Tacoma make sure that Shirley Street is protected in all ways?

Once again household drain is draining out the side of the house and running into my yard. I need to make a template for this problem since this is at least the 5th or 6th time I have had to report this. Once again a permanent solution would be just awesome!
