Large truck is parked every evening on the street. Very dangerous as cars are trying to get around it on a hill where sight is limited and children play and ride bikes, etc.

High weeds all over the lawn and they never take care of lawn.

Vacant house at this location not secure.

This property suffered tree damage during recent storms and has multiple large trees leaning towards the structure and the street. The front and back yards are also full of debris and trash. Not only is this unsightly, but the damaged trees are a safety issue.

This property refuses to cut their grass.

Front grass is well over 12 inches, per city code! Kindly address with the occupants, since this issue is not the first time it has occurred. Thank you!

This bush has been overgrown in the road for months now. It is blocking traffic on the street. Please require a clean up. You hand out warnings to everyone else on the street, maybe hand one out to this homeowner.

Tree removal without permit.

Tree service was doing work for 11980 Morning Mist Saturday backyard by the easement and creek waterway, and threw several cut trees and branches into the easement and community drainage area.

License plate RPX 0515 and XER256. Tree business owners send they had permission to dump their debris in the easement as home owner would not pay to have cut trees and branches to be hauled out.

Hello,there are teenagers being very disruptive outside my apartment right now.i am 424 royal creek dr.i don't know what they are doing,but they climbing over the fence several times and screaming and disturbing the peace.
