Description

This residence recently assembled a chainlink fence that opens onto the street blocking the sidewalk and parking lane creating a hazardous condition forcing predestinations to have to enter the lanes of traffic to around. For the last three days the residents at the property have left it opened all day there was no activity going on at the property during this time.
