I also have video and more pictures. I constantly hear rats fighting loudly in my walls and ceilings to the point where sometimes I can't sleep. There are 8 units in this one building and management's solution is to put out rat traps IN my house. How does that cure a colony of rats living in the building ? Disgusting. The building also has mold spores I've tested the air and have the results. They refuse to acknowledge any evidence I have and just keep sending the same three maintenance people to my apartment to fix other things that have nothing to do with the rat infestation.
