I had this painting done for me when I was pregnant I hung it up in my daughters room and I started to see stuff growing on it it was right under the AC vent so I took it down and I’m pretty sure it’s mildew and that’s what we’re breathing in they came and cleaned it out but there’s still a really bad funky smell in this apartment. AC guy confirmed mildew was growing on motor that pushes the air out, he wouldn't send me the pictures he took of it though. He said this will keep happening and will never stop until someone puts a special UV ray light for the hvac system . Anyone know how I can break my lease without any charges ?
