The sign has now been positioned facing the wrong direction

It’s been over a month since this was repositioned incorrectly, and for not the first time today, I just had a car almost hit me in the crosswalk because they were making an illegal right turn here despite the red arrow that was lit. Can this sign please be fixed? And any other enforcement of no right turns at this intersection would be appreciated. Drivers on all sides routinely turn right on red here.
