Q. What is the location of the creek/ditch maintenance problem? What kind of problem are you experiencing?
A. Resident said there is a ditch behind her home that is overgrown and she thinks that is because of the brush and bushes, which have clogged the ditch. The clogged ditch now floods her backyard when it rains. She said the city has cut the ditch in the past. However, when a neighbor put up a fence, crews said they cannot get to the ditch. She said she’s never had a flooding problem until this year.
