Description

Nine (9) manhole covers have been removed and underground wires were cut last night. As a result, a very definite safety and liability issue looms since the culprits did not put back the cement covers. Potential walkers and/or pets will fall into the (uncovered) holes especially during evening hours without proper lighting.
