Description

Sue is at again on 22nd and A .
She has been trashing the block yelling and throwing garbage at people who walk by also this morning she went thru peoples dumpsters and knocked over trash and u can see some of it on street.
Im a concerned resident we have kids playing around very unsafe and healthy it smells like urine and poop .
I dont feel safe at all
