Description

This is just one of the many sidewalk obstructions in the Sherrelwood neighborhood. It is impossible to walk my two dogs and baby in a stroller on the sidewalks. This ends up being very unsafe because people also speed through this neighborhood going 40 to 50 mph past us while we are walking in the street.
