Description

A number of years ago Rock Hill Road was paved, but it turns out, they only paved half of it. The half they didn't pave has fallen into such disrepair that patching it again and again and again just isn't enough. It majorly needs a fresh layer of asphalt on the half closest to Transou. And in the meantime, some major pothole repair. People are having to drive on the wrong side of the road just to keep from having to constantly get new front end alignments.
