8/7/2012 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation with the ditchline needing maintenance for leaf and debris build up has been formally reported to Richmond Stormwater Management (Request #20020857641) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly.
