Description

Stop sign at Old Plank Rd. and Chapman St. must be invisible. This is an ongoig issue that should be addressed. Old Plank rd is a cut through from Hwy. 16 to Belhaven rd. which during am and pm rush hours is a dangerous 4way stop. We need warning signs or speed humps installed. Elementary school is just 500 yards from this intersection. Please Fix.
