In the large field next to the kiddie park, dogs are always off the leash all hours of day and night. My kid walks to Yorktown and one of those mutts almost bit him in the morning. It’s the same problem in the evening too. Why does Arlington not patrol this park? It's a law suit waiting to happen. This park should be safe for kids this is supposed to be a safe neighborhood.
