The drainage in the 7100 block of Thorpe Ave in Henrico is an ongoing problem and has been reported. No one has come to fix the drainage and last evening I had to move my car off the street onto the lawn in front of 7100. A tow truck came and I had to move my car. The tow Co was fair though it acted for Hilliard Rd Apts. We should be able to temporarily park off the street onto the lawn, I have the photo. send me the email and I will send it. it will not attatch. We need help.
