Description

The traffic light at 51st and Shaffer is malfunctioning. Specifically, when the traffic lights for 51st street turn from green to yellow, it causes the traffic lights for Shafter Street to flicker, as if they are turning from read to green. This could cause distracted motorists or pedestrians to move forward into oncoming traffic.
