Description
There is a "No Outlet" sign missing from Water St NW (intersection with 33rd St NW - see Google St. View here: http://goo.gl/PEiQ )
The No Outlet signs that are in place are for 33rd St. but from that point on Water St. becomes a dead-end road as well.
Cars frequently drive down to the end of Water St (where the Capitol Crescent Trail begins) only to discover a "No Outlet" sign at the very end of the road[see attached image], and are forced to turn around there. This stretch of road is frequently used by cyclist and walkers/runners - there are no sidewalks- and the extra traffic makes for a dangerous mix along the road.

If a No Outlet / Deadend sign were placed further up Water St. (the intersection with Potomac St NW would make sense, since it's the last outlet) -- it might help avoid a lot of cars speeding down Water st thinking they've found an easy route out of G-town.
