Description

At the cornor of Wayne Ave(200 block) and Calhoun St there is a vegetable stand. The owners of the stand on a daily basis use a wrench to open up the fire hydrant and attach a hose to run across Calhoun St to water down their produce and fill buckets with water for their use. Just like all residents in the neighborhood have to pay for water usage in the City of Trenton why should this resident be immune to this because he has no utilities going into his property. What if a fire broke out in the neighborhood, would the water pressure be low. I've reported this issue at least five time over the last month, and I know that other residents have complained as well, however, this situation continues for over a month now.
