Description

Illegal encampment growing on 5th & Harrison. Needs to be removed before the area becomes a pigsty, like the one on Webster & 5th. Or the hot mess on Madison between 5th & 6th (which city officials have let grow over the past year). And a fire hazard like the one at east 13th & 23rd that just went up in flames.
