Description
4 unit house occupied by 12 people. Some meth heads, some prostitutes. Cars pulling in and out day and night with an excess of 4 extra cars parked around the house. car alarm goes off 30 times daily. Always yelling at each-other and other people. Cars parked on their front lawn... trash cans full with bags of trash laying on the ground...just vulgar and gross.
