The sidewalk in front of 414 Park Avenue is ABSOLUTELY DANGEROUS! I almost broke an ankle trying to navigate through that broken section of sidewalk with my kids. This needs to be fixed immediately before someone gets hurt. Not to mention the fact that parents walking with strollers or elderly folks, like my 96yo neighbor who walks in that direction, have to walk on the street in order to circumvent that dangerous section. Aside from the danger posed by this area, it also looks horrible and not befitting of our town. It looks like an earthquake hit under the sidewalk and was restored back to it's original condition. Anyway, I hope you get my point and can go take a look at what I'm talking about. Whoever is responsible needs to repair that sidewalk IMMEDIATELY.
