Hi, a number of residents near this area are experiencing high noise when cars drive by these manhole covers. Especially when the car passes by and touching the side of the cover, it makes a huge bumping sound. I marked the two and also, single cover on the far left(close to Palisades Park) makes a huge noise as well... I talked to many neighbors and decided to request a service. Thank you for your service during Covid times and I'd really appreciate if City can take a look. This noise is another disaster..
