Several large tree limbs blocking Foster Street between Canner and Mitchell. Barely passable.

As an active, concerned citizen (and a graduate of New Haven's "Democracy School") I feel obliged to point out that this tree was reported as dropping limbs during storms over two years ago and is still (barely) standing. The city's tree trimming list is as opaque as ever. Whatever happened to the greater transparency?
