Description

A white minivan (Toyota) License plate #5HGC177 has been parked in the same spot for well over three weeks. Neighborhood residents are concerned because people have been hanging out in the vehicle. Some residents say that they have seen the occupants go into an apartment building down and across the street. Others have witnessed people sleeping in the vehicle, while others have seen people come to the van to get what appeared to be clothing. Several neighborhood residents are concerned because we do not know their motive. Some 264 Lee Street residents feel somewhat unsafe and are wondering why they chose to "hang out" in front of that building, if they in fact do live down the street.
The last time the car was moved was approximately a month ago. A silver Nissan Altima License plate #JAC BRIO holds the space until the van returns. Both vehicles have very dark tinted windows.
