I have many pictures of the neighbors property. This photo is of the trash cans in their back yard being overturned (by the neglected Pit Bull that is kept outside year round) and trash and food debris all over. The dog was searching for food. The renters here are never home and never feed the dog. The dog can easily jump fences, as he is not tethered or chained, to look for food. The dog will bark for help until a neighbor comes and gives him SOMETHING to eat. In the summer, their backyard REEKS of dog feces. There are also pictures and videos that I have that show rats moving about on the property. Also we have see rats moving from their side of the property to ours. This is YEAR ROUND. We have had it. Their property is filthy and almost derelict.
