Demand more accountability from programs like HUCIRP, which stands for Homelessness/Urban Camping Impact Reduction Program. They don't just address livability issues, but they also fuel the fire by doing things like shoe drives, goods donation, material hands and other that does not require vagrants and transients to go into in-shelter to receive food/services.

We'll see if 2021 is worse than 2020. It's a toss-up at this point.
