I've noticed that for our street when street sweeping is supposed to occur (2nd Monday of every month from 12:30- 3:30pm), no parking enforcement is occurring and basically cars are parked on the street the entire time which then prevents the street from actually getting swept. The attached photo is from today during the street sweeping period and all of the street parking is filled up with cars. Why isn't parking enforcement occurring?
