For several days the water in my home has smelled disgusting. The city says the problem is confined to one street. I live three plus miles away, and mine stinks too!

Supposedly the issue is fixed, according to the town. However, I believe I detected the odor again today, Dec. 16. If the smell persists, I will raise the issue again. Both of our local TV channels are very interested, and one has already covered the story.
At least the city WAS finally forced to admit that there is a major problem with the water treatment plant.......

The City tried to bring Broadbrook reservoir back on line again. The tests on the water indicated the algae issue had been resolved, but that does not seem to be the case. We have taken the reservoir off line again as of last Friday and begun clearing lines where problems have been reported. "
This has been a problem for over a month now!

So sick of dealing with this. Its not very helpful to feel like your talking to a brick wall.
We have been complaining for so long. To add insult to injury, they are charging us more to pump in this swamp water!
