Last night there was a LOUD party preventing me and my family from sleeping. I frequently have to get up at 5am for work and today was no exception. I see Albany has a noise ordinance for the hours of 8pm to 6am.
After many calls to the non emergency number the police finally stopped it at almost 1am.
This was a Tuesday, not a Saturday night.
Short of moving, how do we stop this on a worknight so we can get some sleep?

This was reported over a month ago. It needs to be fixed now. This is an extremely high traffic area and cars are unable to avoid the massive pothole. What’s the problem?

Trees are invading my property blocking my sunlight- a poses health issues because tremendous amounts of birds have made thes trees there home one enter my basement and died there- also concerned of bird droppings and diseases. Would like to see them removed. Thanks

Garbage has been accumulated for months would like to see it removed as it invites rodents, opossums, skunks, rats, rabbits to nest and run into street and outside properties- Garbage can be seen from the street level

Potholes in front of St. Mary's. The is emergency no parking today for the Police Memorial. Officers were marching in the holes. Terrible! The street is closed for the day. Can someone get over and fill the holes while there are no cars there?

Every other day my husband and son have to remove the empty bottles or broken glass. This was a recent piece of glass that looks like it was deliberately broken, because that morning my husband moved some corona and modelo bottles on their stairs and this wasn’t there. Their trash under the tree was as finally picked up, but this shouldn’t be like this. This morning I really had enough with the music blaring at 3:30. Tried calling the police station, but I was pressed for time.

Please enforce the no smoking ban in Washington park. Many people are okay with cannabis being legalized but more thought should have gone into legalizing it in a smoking form particularly in public places. Not only is it triggering for people in drug recovery but in a community where buildings and people are on top of each other, the smoke gets in people's homes and cars and is a problem for them, their children and pets. A person can no longer walk down the street or spend time with their family in Washington Park, without being forced to breathe marijuana smoke and smoking is still not good for lungs whether cigarettes or marijuana. Please enforce the laws regarding where public consumption is not allowed and reconsider the rights of marijuana users being prioritized over non-users when it comes to public consumption of smokable cannabis.
