power lines seem to possibly be hanging lower than normal - maybe posing a risk?

maroon (possibly dodge caravan?) parked and blocking driveway/alley access to the north. plates are taped in back window and barely visible thru tinting. hazard as vehicle is blocking access for emergency vehicles.

abandoned subaru outback wagon has not moved in at least 1-2 weeks. dark silver or gray. large dent in rear passenger door on the driver's side. parked on the south side of 25th st east just east of park ave.

abandoned and smashed up car has not moved in 3+ days. rear end has damage on both corners and is not parked straight along the curb but protrudes into the driving lane in front. car has been plowed around several times creating large obstructions in the driving lanes.

vehicle has not moved again in over a week. problem vehicle has been an issue since 12/15 (see tickets 477474 477844 477945). currently covered in snow and has been plowed around again (picture is from original ticket on 12/15).

car has not moved in 4+ days since before snowstorm. car was never moved during snow emergency. plow just came thru again to move snow around it and blocked traffic for a few moments. let's just get this abandoned vehicle removed already. not sure why no cars in this neighborhood seemed to have been ticketed and towed for violating snow emergency rules.

excessive litter, garbage, trash, etc. all along the barrier wall for 35w on the west side of 5th avenue south. has been this way for months and months. starts at franklin ave then south to at least 24th street. some cleanup around 24th-25th was done with the re-opening of the 24th street foot bridge over 35w a couple of months ago, but the rest is trashed. there is a burned-out shopping cart and old trunk presumably from the homeless encampment in the empty lot just north of the commercial building at 24th street and 5th avenue.
