    Newly planted baby tree on the NE corner of Mountain Gate x Rowena: someone cut the staking straps that hold the tree upright & it's falling over onto the ground. We lifted it up & leaned it against one of the stakes, but any slight wind is going to make it fall again.

    Please fix signal timing for traffic traveling NE on Magnolia from Rimpau to the 15 fwy. Every morning, when the traffic light at Rimpau turns green, the light at El Sobrante turns red about 1 second later, causing traffic to immediately stop & wait again after moving only a few yards. And if those 2 signals could also be coordinated with the traffic light controlling the SB 15 fwy on/off ramps (I know this signal is controlled by Caltrans), that would be great. Because none of these 3 lights are synced, it takes way too long to travel the very short distance from Rimpau to the 15 fwy. Please help us get to work on time 🙂.

    Large branch just fell out of this tree a couple minutes ago It's completely blocking the sidewalk We pulled it back out of the roadway This is the 2nd time in the last month or so that a branch on this tree had failed for no obvious reason (no wind today) This tree needs to be taken out before someone gets hurt As well as the tree next to it (behind 757 Atlantic )

    Large branch (probably 25-30 feet long) just failed & fell from one of the eucalyptus trees along Mountain Gate. It’s almost completely blocking the sidewalk.
