    The city lot next to my home has become so overgrown that the storm water is no longer going down the drain of the city lot. It’s running across my back yard and flooding it- causing my neighbor’s yard to also be flooded. I spent hours on Tuesday trying to clear portions of the city lot. I have been complaining about it being overgrown since January of 2020 with no help from the city. This issue needs to be addressed immediately.

    The city lot at 231 Madison Ave is very overgrown. The trees are covered with vines, and the vines are killing the trees, causing them to drop large limbs onto the surrounding properties. The property stays swampy all of the time because of the brush and vines, creating a horrible mosquito problem. Please clean it up.
