Not sure why this request was closed when the issue wasn't solved. This is not on private property to my knowledge. This is the corner when you come off the State Street exit. There are tires, clothing, 50+ wine bottles, debris, etc under this overpass. What can we do to resolve this? It is truly a disgrace to East Rock.

This is a disgrace! You come off the State Street exit and there is so much debris! Water bottles, soda cans, food wrappers, clothes, tidy litter box, plastic bags, etc! As a local business owner this is an embarrassment. After you turn the corner, the amount of trash under the bridge is disgusting! Again, food wrappers, old tires, clothing! There is even a seat from a car sitting in the middle of the sidewalk. Can't we do anything to clean this up. Pictures to follow....
