Multiple complaints issued by constituents indicating that the facility lacks sufficient garbage receptacles to accommodate the amount of trash created by facility resulting in loose bags, vermin, and garbage strewn across the property and adjacent neighborhood. Efforts were made to reach out to the Agency to rectify the issue but complaints continue. Residents report overflowing and loose garbage today.

In January the Water Dept had to dig up the sidewalk, curb, and parts of the lawn to replace a leaking curb box. The sidewalk was replaced during the winter but due to freezing temperatures the concrete did not hold. In addition, the sidewalk and curb area has not received infill or had the grass reseeded. Calls to both DGS and the Water Department indicate that repair work has not been scheduled yet.
