    Trash was thrown all over the street up and down Washington Avenue. When I called APD on the individual throwing trash everywhere I was informed this is not a crime and Albany no longer has a mental health crisis team.

    This guy left several bags of trash after defecating all over our driveway (Biohazard Level). Prior to leaving this mess, he was exposing his genitals to several members of our community.
