    The community has a FPL street light out for over 6 months now. This was reported to FPL multiple times and does not get corrected. Management and Homeowners have contacted FPL multiple times and nothing gets done. The community just upgraded their light fixtures and since that installation this particular light has never worked. We are asking for the Mayor and City Council's assistance to get this rectified with regard to FPL's failure to fix the light post.

    My name is Maria Scarduelli, and I work for Grant Property Management, 1599 NW 9th Ave. Ste 2, Boca Raton, FL 33486, and I am the property manager for Town Place Club Villas HOA, on St. Andrews just North of Palmetto Park. The City of Boca had recently done some sidewalk work in this area and left ruts in the median grass areas. These areas are located right outside the Town Place Club Villas property. Can the sod be replaced in these areas. Thank you

    This vehicle is located on the corner of NW 42nd St, in front of 2811 NW 42nd St for months. Plate number is PEA G32 and is expired. It is close to the corner and makes turning on to this street dangerous for other drivers.
