Every year we submit requests to repair the pot holes ridding this small street and every year they are poorly done and by November the street it all torn up. The holes are the same as in the past and take up the width of the street. Please repair

    There is an orange cone in a deep hole on Fairfax street. The hole a couple feet away was filled and this one wasn't. This is a very dangerous section of Fairfax st especially at night when you can't see the hole or cone until you are right in front of it. Please repair
