Yard overgrown with weeds. Fire hazard for both residence and neighborhood. Several times the neighborhood has reached out to this homeowner on cleanup, but owner refuses to do anything. One lit match or lit cigarette thrown from moving vehicle (and they do) and there goes the neighborhood.

Sidewalk that passes by tree in parkway is lifting up causing a tripping hazard for those using the sidewalk. Please grind down that area sticking up on sidewalk or replace sidewalk.

On Dana side of property from Driveway to corner the sidewalk is rising and sinking in numerous spots. Tripping hazard. Please come out and look at this rough area of sidewalk and replace or repair. Thank you.

Due to tree roots and or ground movement this section of sidewalk is unstable. It is rising in some parts and sinking in others making for an extreme tripping hazard. Please fix or repair.

Concrete is cracking out and sinking allowing water to stand with nowhere to drain. This section of concrete needs to be replaced. Please come out and fix situation on this corner.

The concrete curbing that goes across Monterey at the intersection of Monterey and Dana continues to get worse. It is now cracking out and chipping off. The whole channel that goes across the street is all cracked out as well as the concrete that lines the roadway up to the curbs. The whole thing is in need of replacement! A patch job some years ago has only made things worse. Please come out and replace what you can of this. It gets worse with every vehicle that crosses over it.

Raised sidewalk. Tripping hazard. Please replaced damaged/raised sections of sidewalk.

Tree in parkway has roots that are continuing to raise the sidewalk at this location. Please replace/repair sidewalk at this location.

East bound Sampson St just before intersection with McKinley St: Sign-4-way crossing with railroad: Someone ran sign over leaving a mingled signpost with sign on the ground. Please replace signpost.

Westbound Samson between Radio and McKinley: Pavement wearing out- Numerous pot holes, spider cracks or just plain "HOLES" in the road on the entire span. Makes for a very rough and bumpy ride if not an obstacle course. Please repair or replace worn out sections.
