Pothole in the southbound lane of Irish Lane at Jackson St. This is a pothole in a previously patched area.

Pothole right by the driveway into the shopping center (by McDonald's/Rite Aid). Pothole is outside the shopping Center on Sycamore Avenue (in the Town right-of-way). It has been there for months (can't believe no one reported this!)

This light was intermittent, but now it is totally out (dead). It was probably cycling to indicate it needed a lamp change, but when the town came last they saw no problem (because it was probably in an "on" cycle). Kari, can they come by and re-check this. It has been off for the last two nights (at least). Thanks!
FYI-I believe this end of the street is Lincoln St, not Stellenwerf as this map shows. Either way, it is the light at the west end of the street, right ast Irish Lane.

(Two)Utility openings in northbound lane of Commack Road were not properly repaired. One has turned into a pothole and the other has created a significant drop in the roadway

Street Light Out

All entrance ramps to the Bethpage State Parkway need stop signs. Traffic enters the parkway even though vehicles already on the highway are approaching at 55 mph, causing motorists already on the highway to brake hard to avoid an accident. These ramps currently have NO traffic control signs (stop, yeild, etc).

Commercial vehicles and/or vehicles for sale illegally parked on a regular basis on the median strip just east of Irish Lane & South Service Road of Sunrise Highway

Pothole on the east shoulder of Irish Lane, midway between Jackson St. & BelCul Court

Street Light at the NW corner of 111 & Moffit is out. Unsure if County or Town is responsible for repair

Street signs at the intersection of Irish Lane and Sunrise Highway (south service road) are missing. Sign post is there with no signs. Appears to have been struck by a vehicle.

1-Intersection has a pothole that has been repaired several times, but still puddles (deeply!) whenever it rains. The low section needs to be cut out and completely replaced and graded level with the surrounding area.

2- Traffic exiting shopping center and traveling on Irish Lane (some entering the center) make it extremely difficult/hazardous for residents to safely exit from BelCul Court during peak (afternoons 2-5) times. Town stated several years ago that it was not an issue, but traffic volume has increased since then including the addition of an additional exit (turning) lane from the shopping center onto Irish Lane Some type of yield sign/line would be helpful.
