    The storm drain on Skyline across from Huckleberry EBRPD is completely blocked. Water has clearly been running around the drain and is causing serious erosion on the hill side below, and is beginning to cause the pavement in the street to crack around the drain.

    Large branch has fallen on the Railroad Trail along Shepherd Canyon, just north of Tiffany Lane. It is completely blocking the path.

    Shepherd Canyon And Tiffany Lane Oakland California - Shepherd Canyon
    A tree has fallen on Shepherd Canyon Rd. near Tiffany Lane. It is completely blocking the Railroad Trail making pedestrians and cyclists go into the road, and is partially blocking the downhill traffic lane, causing downhill traffic to hug the center stripe.

    There is a pile of garbage along Broadway near the PG&E substation, just up from Temescal Regional Park. The lack of cleanup appears to be attracting other dumpers.

    2933 Webster Oakland, California - Pill Hill
    There is a dangerously deep pothole on southbound Webster in front of 2933. It appears to be marked for something with some paint, but it is not marked enough for the hazard it represents. Hitting it almost caused me to lose control, and jarred me badly enough that I pulled something in my chest.

    On Broadway just past Golden Gate Avenue, some dirt and garbage have been dumped in the street. Sadly, dumping is fairly common in this area, but this is more likely to cause an accident as it goes out into the street (where people frequently drive too fast, bu that's a different issue...)

    Embarcadero Oakland, California - South Kennedy Tract
    On the SW corner of Embarcadero near Kennedy St., there is part of a sign post sticking up in the sidewalk. It was cut off with 1-2" left, just enough to trip over (someone did earlier) but not enough to see as you're walking along.

    Several of the steps at the bottom of the city stairway between Beacon Street and Merritt Avenue are broken. The steps are used frequently by people in the neighborhood, and this represents a serious falling hazard as the historical steps are smaller than current standards.

    There's a very deep pothole on Jayne St. at Perkins. The soil underneath has washed away, and it's a about 10-12" deep.
