    This tree is on the corner of 43rd AVE and east west. It was struck by lightning a few years ago and never cared for. Large branches fall — on the street and you can see how it broke a part of the fence. This is very dangerous for all of us walking and/or driving on these streets.

    Hello, I would like to request that the city assess the area along the corner of 40th Place and Emerson Street. Particularly, the area of 40th Place just prior to the corner where it meets Emerson Street. There is a high bank on the property (5005 Emerson St). The retaining wall is collapsing into the road.
