For several months now, there has been a yellow diamond-shaped traffic sign in the wood line behind the pathway on the southern side of Point Comfort Road about 150 west of Broad Creek Landing Drive. Unsure on what the sign says or where it came from. Sign is propped up against some bamboo and will be easy to spot.

Water fountain compressor making a lot of noise. Suggest replacement.

The bike path for those traveling south has a severe blind corner with the car entrance to Ocean Gate Villas off of S Forest Beach The bike path only has " yield" signage vs "stop" and it’s difficult to yield if the incoming cars are not easily seen Recommend thinning landscape similar to what was done at Hickory to avoid an accident
