These potholes have become a significant hazard, particularly due to the heavy traffic from city buses using this route. Despite multiple reports, the remedial measures taken so far—such as filling the potholes with asphalt—have proven to be ineffective and temporary.

The use of asphalt on a concrete pavement is not a standard repair method and has only contributed to the problem. Large pieces of rock and debris are being dislodged from these potholes, creating dangerous conditions that could potentially lead to serious accidents or even fatalities.
