Trash overflowing. And appears to be a bee or wasp nest in the very near vicinity of this trashcan. They are quite aggressive. Multiple dogs and children have been stung/bitten walking on the path to and from school. I’ve been watching it for five minutes and cannot seem to locate a nest source. Does not appear to be in the trashcan itself but I cannot exactly tell.

conversation with a resident today about her lack of ability to cross from the North side of Terra Linda, walking, to the Mall or to CVS because of all the work being done from the truck accident. She’s very upset that she doesn’t have a way to cross the street without walking quite an extra distance.

Email rec'd from resident 1/26/2024: "Potential Storm Pipe Issue. Roadway has deformed following path of storm sewer pipe. Excess sinking of roadway and our adjacent front yard and home have shifted as well. Thank you. "

Resident came in and reported illegal dumping of furniture and had complaints about the attraction of unhoused residents as a result of the furniture.

Please fix the many potholes and rough road on Miracle Mile just west of Ross road. It is dangerously rough for both cars and bikes. I noticed it has been reported in the past.

Caller verifies this illegal dump is still there and asks to have it removed.

Down the street from the middle school and directly across from the tennis courts, the latest homeless encampment. Living room setup with a king mattess plus box spring, decorated with a Aristide of garbage and a stolen shopping cart. Please, we cannot let our city continue this downward spiral.

This is ridiculous how many people use this sidewalk and bike path access as a dump. It's totally unfair to have this public space taken up by weeds and trash when other neighborhoods in Marin have clear sidewalks and ability to be mobile in a safe clean environment

The intersection at Wilson Court and Lincoln is extremely dangerous to pull out of. There was recently a fatal collision at this intersection and every 3 months, there is at least one accident at this location. Please prioritize making this area safer before another major incident occurs! Making a left onto Lincoln from Wilson (to head northbound) is extremely challenging due to vehicles parking along Lincoln that further block visibility, which can be challenging with or without vehicles parked here, and people speed on Lincoln over the 35 mph speed limit. This 35 mph is too fast for this blind turn! More areas need to be red zoned to prevent parking on the east side of Lincoln that block visibility from this intersection and the speed limit must be reduced to 25 mph to decrease the general speed of traffic. When traffic is diverted from 101 to lincoln, it can take up to 10 minutes to safely enter Lincoln northbound from Wilson Ct. Everyone who lives on this street has issues with this intersection. It is very dangerous and we don’t want to get hurt in a collision during daily commutes just exiting the street. Members from our street have reached out to the city numerous times and were told traffic will look into it but we haven’t received any response from the city in over a year.
