    This stretch of road from Antelope to twin oaks receives a lot of speeding traffic. At night we see a lot of vehicles running this stop sign. The average speed seems to be 40mph (but we have outliers around 70mph sometimes).

    Two incidents within the last 30 days have included drivers headed north running into parked cars. The latest was a hit and run at this location in the picture. We are very tired of this and something needs to be done!

    Please add stop sign for Eastbound traffic on Alta Vista heading North on Celine. We've seen a lot of cars who do not yield when turning left, usually speeding and cutting the corner too close almost hitting oncoming southbound traffic on Celine Additionally, people have run straight through that intersection crashing into the garage of the home directly east of the intersection Please add a stop sign.

    The intersection of Van Maren and Kittery is very dangerous. There have been many accidents and even more near misses. This coupled with the fact that many driver's at as though Van Maren is a speedway, a 4 way stop sign would help slow people down as well as make it safe for people to pull out onto Van Maren.

    The Madison Ave Street is filled with potholes and a lot of damage on the road. Many times I have been driving and I see cars in front of me try to avoid any damage to their cars/tires and it gets dangerous. The right lane closest to the sidewalk is the one that I would say needs the most attention. Please get the whole road fixed. I understand there are other matters that may be more important, but our tax dollars really need to be put to work for the streets we drive on everyday.

    I can not get pictures since it is an active Homeless encampment. They are coming into our Neighborhood in the Creekside via the Creek Access behind A&A Stepping Stone. Our HOA has had many requests & complaints from Homeowners. This needs to be removed before it gets worse. We have iisues with our recycling containers & water spigots being accessed by Homeless. I also have reorted an attenpted Break in at my House 6400 Creekbed Lane 2 Months ago.

    Everyday while picking up my daughter from sylvan middle school there are parents parked in the fire lanes, blocking multiple crosswalks for both schools getting out with no regards for kids and trying to cross the street. It is the same people everyday. I’ve asked them not to park there for one it’s illegal, two there are kids having to go around them but they don’t seem to care. Would just like a officer some coke by once or twice a week to let it known that they can’t do that or give them a ticket so they don’t anymore
