These photos are of an empty lot located between 321 and 331 Angela Street, in Arabi. Th owner does not live in the parish and has no-one to keep the lot clean and cut. The neighbors on both sides of the lot throw their yard trash into the lot, and on has even had a large portion of one of his tree’s that fell into the lot and he will do have it cleaned up. ( this is visible in the pictures below.
Someone needs to take responsibility for this unsightly mess and have this eyesore and public health hazard taken care of. ( Rats are constantly seen going in and out of this property.
I am not sure who I should be forwarding this to, but Ill start with you. I prefer to remain anonymous, as these are my neighbors and I do not wish to start any conflicts. But something needs to be done.
